that the company has been selected as one of the 32 startups globally to present at
2008 Under the Radar : Mobility on November 12th, 2008. Under the Radar : Mobility
is a one-day conference uncovering 32 vetted, tested-driven startups that have
launched within the year in categories such as Marketing and advertising,
location-based services, gaming, social networking, enabling technologies, and
iPhone and other apps. TORO was chosen, as it is the first company in Asia fully
dedicated to developing mobile software for payment and non-payment NFC services.
Akami suiteTM, TORO's "NFC platform" is a software solution that allows Banks, MNOs
and Merchants to implement their own business case, and it also allows proposing
mobile marketing services. TORO's value proposal is that our Mobile Software is at
the same time a platform to propose NFC killer-apps, and a platform to propose
marketing services.

"TORO's objective is to reinvent Mobile Marketing and transform it into a "Service"
that users will really want to use. We indeed promote a PULL mode, where the user
will use his/her NFC-phone to access marketing. These messages are based on an

About TORO
TORO was founded in Q1 2007 by Mr. Laurent Renard and Mr. Gregory Puente-Castan, two
veterans from the smart card industry. With expertise in secure transactions and
innovation strategy consulting, Renard and Puente-Castan decided to set up TORO to

saw that without real services and a good user interface; NFC would remain a mere
